Station PA System
This system is provided at all stations covering platforms, concourse and mezzanine. The Station Master can make necessary announcement to the passengers at platform, mezzanine, concourse, gates etc. It is possible to make announcement to the passengers at platform, mezzanine, concourse, gates etc. from Central Control overriding the local announcement of station make .Currently,TOA make digital system working.
Train PA System
For all announcements by conducting motorman to passenger on train, Digital Announcing System has been provided in all the cabs on Metro Railway through pre-recorded text. The system also provides intercom facility between leading Motorman and Conducting Motorman. In case of emergency, the motorman can also make necessary announcement to all the passengers inside the train through this PA system. In case of any kind of disaster, different pre recorded Do & Don’ts may be announced through this digital announcing system to the passengers in side the affected train for their safe evacuation to the next near by station.
