PASSENGER’S LOST BAG RETURNED
On 19.04.2021, at about 12.35 hrs, an unclaimed bag was recovered by an on-duty RPF staff from Maidan Station platform.
Finding no claimant of this bag, he brought it to the office of Station Master of Maidan Station after proper security check. After opening the bag, Rs. 20,000/- cash and other utility items were found therein.
The Station Master of Maidan Station contacted the owner of the bag on a mobile number which was found from the bag.
At about 13.10 hrs, one male passenger aged about 39 years came to the Station Master’s office of Maidan Station and claimed the ownership of the bag. After proper verification and completing all official formalities, the bag was handed over to the owner and he expressed his gratitude to Metro Railway authority.
