ALERT METRO STAFF FOUND AN UNCLAIMED TWO-WHEELER AT BELGACHIA STATION, POLICE LATER SEIZED IT
On 05.12.2020, alert on-duty Metro staff found a two-wheeler (Scooty) parked in front of Gate No: 1 of Belgachia Metro station at around 09.00 hrs. Even after waiting for sometime and after several announcements none came to claim it.
The shift in-charge of Belgachia station informed Metro Central Control and subsequently reported this to Ultadanga Police Station.
Metro Central Control immediately informed Lalbazar police station about this unclaimed two-wheeler. Police personnel from Ultadanga Police Station came to the spot at 10.55 hrs and seized that scooty.
The RPF and station staff always remain alert and any unclaimed object is immediately brought to the notice of Police authorities to ward off any untoward incident.
