GRIEVANCE CAMP ORGANIZED AT ESPLANADE METRO STATION
Metro Railway, Kolkata is observing Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October to 2nd November, 2020. As part of this programme, a grievance camp was organized at Esplanade Metro station to create awareness against corruption among the common passengers as well as staff of this Railway under the supervision of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer, Metro Railway on 02.11.2020 which is the last day of this programme.
15 grievance cases were submitted by the passengers and staff to this camp for early remedial action.
