METRO GM REVIEWS SERVICES UNDER THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES
Shri Manoj Joshi, General Manager, Metro Railway has reviewed the Metro services under the present circumstances in a high level meeting held on 21.09.2020 at Metro Rail Bhavan.
He laid special emphasis on sanitization of station premises, coaches, escalator hand rails, smart gates and all other surfaces which the commuters are likely to touch during their journey.
He also said that the station staff should always be vigilant and refill the sanitizer bottles as and when required. The RPF personnel were also told to carry out their duties and always remain alert and focused on the commuters to maintain social distancing.
During this meeting, Shri Joshi also expressed his satisfaction for the positive feedback that has poured in from commuters after resumption of Metro services in the New Normal situation.
He further instructed senior officials to ensure proper maintenance of all COVID-19 protocols in Metro premises. All senior officers were present in today’s meeting.
