NO E-PASS REQUIRED FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN TAKING METRO RIDE FROM 15.09.2020
Here is a good news for our senior citizens who are frequent Metro users. Since generating an e-pass was a problem for senior citizens, the Metro Authorities have decided to allow senior citizens to travel between 11.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. by showing any one of the following identity cards.
I. Pan Card
II. Aadhaar Card
III. Driving License
IV. Passport
V. Voter ID card
They have to use their smart cards for their journey. Those who do not have smart cards can buy new ones from counters of any Metro station.
