METRO SERVICES RESUME
Metro Services have resumed from on 14.09.2020. A total of 110 services were run on North-South Metro corridor and 72 services were run on East-West Metro corridor from 08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m today.
Metro commuters maintained social distancing and all other COVID-19 protocols inside Metro premises today. They have welcomed the decision to resume Metro services and co-operated with Metro staff.
Metro staff at different stations helped commuters to follow COVID-19 protocols like sanitization of hands, maintaining social distancing etc. RPF staff checked e-pass of each commuter as well as screen his/her body temperature with thermal gun.
Frequent announcements were made inside the Metro premises requesting all to maintain Covid-19 protocols .Short film on Dos and Don'ts was also shown on Platform TVs to educate commuters how to stay secure and help others to stay secure.
