METRO STAFF RESCUE A SCHOOL GIRL
AND HAND OVER TO HER PARENTS
On 1st February about 12:50 hrs a passenger came to the Station Master of Belgachia station and handed over a school girl 6 year old stating that the student had boarded the train from Shyambazar but her mother could not board the Metro.
The on-duty Station Master immediately informed the incident to the Central Control who immediately arranged to make wide publicity through Public Address system.
After sometime, a lady commuter came to the Station Master’s office at Belgachia and identified herself as the mother of the school child. After proper verification and following all formalities the school girl child was handed over to her mother at about 13:00 hrs.
