METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff have once again helped an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises at the right time. on 11.11.2023 at about 09:50 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 39 years was suddenly feeling unwell near the AFC-PC gate and luggage scanner of Dakshineswar Metro Station.
Alert station staff and RPF personnel immediately responded and rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s office and administered first-aid. Her friend was immediately contacted after getting the phone number from her.
Hearing this news, her friend came to the Station Master’s office after some time.
Both the lady commuter and her friend expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by station staff of Traffic and RPF Departments of Metro Railway.
