METRO RAILWAY PARTICIPATING IN 15TH INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY EQUIPMENT EXHIBITION (IREE)

Metro Railway has been participating in the ongoing 15th International Railway Equipment Exhibition (IREE) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This exhibition which is Asia’s largest event for the Rail Transportation Sector is being held at New Delhi from 12th to 14th October, 2023. In this International Exhibition, 20 countries have been participating.
Metro officers and staff are participating in this exhibition to highlight the rich history and future endeavours of Kolkata Metro in front of the international audience. For this, Metro stall has been decked up immaculately. Camshaft Controller, High Speed Circuit Breaker, Kolkata Metro’s Network Model as well as Underwater Construction Model of East-West Metro Corridor have attracted National and International audience in the Metro stall.
This exhibition which takes place in every two years provides an opportunity to meet the Rail Equipment Manufacturers and Vendors of International repute. The latest technology which is on display here may also be used in Kolkata Metro in the coming days.
