Good News for all pandal hoppers!!!
Metro Railway is going to run services up to midnight in East-West Corridor to facilitate all to see the famous Durga Pujas in and around Kolkata. The Puja schedule of East-West Metro is given below:
ON SAPTAMI, ASHTAMI AND NABAMI
Metro will run 72 (36 East-bound + 36 West-bound) services in East-West Metro (Green Line) on Saptami (21.10.23), Ashtami (22.10.23) and Nabami (23.10.23) for the convenience of the Metro passengers from 11.55 hrs. to 00.00 hrs. Metros will be available at 20 minutes interval in this Corridor.
First Service:
At 11.55 hrs from Sealdah to Salt Lake Sector V.
At 12.00 hrs from Salt Lake Sector V To Sealdah.
Last Service:
At 23.35 hrs from Sealdah to Salt Lake Sector V.
At 23.40 hrs from Salt Lake Sector V to Sealdah.
ON DASHAMI
Metro will run 48 services (24 Eastbound & 24 Westbound) on Dashami (24.10.23) from 11:55 hrs. to 20:00 hrs. Metros will be available at 20 minutes interval in this Corridor.
First Service:
At 11.55 hrs from Sealdah to Salt Lake Sector V.
At 12.00 hrs from Salt Lake Sector V To Sealdah.
Last Service:
At 19.35 hrs from Sealdah to Salt Lake Sector V.
At 19.40 hrs from Salt Lake Sector V to Sealdah.
Normal services will be available from 25.10.2023.
Purple Line
On Saptami (21.10.23), Ashtami (22.10.23), Nabami (23.10.23) and Dashami (24.10.23) there will be no services available on Joka – Taratala stretch of Purple Line.
