METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED LADY PASSENGER

On 21.09.2023 at about 18:50 hrs, a lady passenger aged about 19 years slipped while deboarding from the train at Netaji station. She got a minor injury. Seeing her condition, on-duty station staff and RPF personnel rushed to her help. The Station Master of this station was immediately apprised of the situation and he came to the spot after receipt of this information. She was administered first-aid and she felt better after this preliminary treatment.
Station staff later got in touch with her father over the phone number she had given to them and her father was informed about her condition.
After sometimes, her father came to the station. He wanted to take her home. After complying with all official formalities, the lady passenger was handed over to her father.
Both father and daughter expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway Authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help.
