METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED COMMUTER

On-duty Metro staff have once again helped an indisposed commuter in the Metro premises at the right time. on 14.09.2023 at about 10:35 hrs., a commuter, aged about 36 years suddenly started feeling unwell at Esplanade Metro station. He sought help from the station staff.
Alert station staff and RPF personnel immediately responded and rushed to his help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, he was brought to the Station Master’s office and administered first-aid.
He was later sent to Kolkata Medical College and Hospital along with station staff for further treatment. At the hospital, he was attended by the doctor and declared fit to go to home. After that he left the hospital along with his colleagues for home.
The commuter expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by station staff of Traffic and RPF Departments of Metro Railway.
