LOST BAG RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 27.08.2023 at about 14:40 hrs Kavi Subhash Metro station, an on-duty RPF staff during a routine check found a bag inside the train. Finding no claimant of this bag and after proper security checking, he deposited it at the Station Master’s office.
Thereafter, Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the bag to collect it from the Station Master's Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
The next day i.e. on 28.08.2023, a lady commuter came to the Station Master's Office and claimed the ownership of the bag. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the bag was handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway Authorities for helping her to recover the lost bag.
