QUICK RESPONSE TEAM (QRT) HELPS AN INDISPOSED LADY COMMUTER

On 28.08.2023 at about 10:06 hrs., on-duty Quick Response Team (QRT) and Metro staff have once again helped an indisposed lady commuter travelling from Dakshineswar to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar suddenly felt unwell inside the train and deboarded at Esplanade station.
Her parents, who was accompanying her, sought help from the station staff and RPF. Seeing her condition, Quick Response Team (QRT) and station staff rushed to her help.
Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office on a stretcher and administered first aid. She was later sent to SSKM Hospital along with her parents for further treatment at about 10:20 hrs.
Her parents expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by station staff of Traffic and RPF Departments of Metro Railway.
