QUICK RESPONSE TEAM (QRT) HELPS AN INDISPOSED LADY COMMUTER

On-duty Quick Response Team (QRT) and Metro staff have once again helped an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises at the right time. on 25.08.2023 at about 10:02 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 42 years was suddenly feeling unwell on the platform of Maidan Metro station. Her relative, who was accompanying her, sought help from the station staff and RPF. Seeing her condition, Quick Response Team (QRT) and station staff rushed to her help.
Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office in a stretcher and administered first-aid. She was later sent to SSKM Hospital along with her relative for further treatment at about 10:15 hrs.
Her relative expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by station staff of Traffic and RPF Departments of Metro Railway.
