METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On-duty Metro staff have once again helped an indisposed lady commuter in the Metro premises at the right time. on 24.08.2023 at about 16:50 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 40 years was suddenly feeling unwell due to chest pain at Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station while waiting for a Dum Dum bound Metro. A co-passenger seeing her condition sought help from the station staff and RPF.
Alert station staff and RPF personnel immediately responded and rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s office and administered first-aid. Her husband was immediately contacted after getting the phone number from her.
Hearing this news, her husband came to the Station Master’s office after some time along with her daughter.
She was later sent to M. R. Bangur Hospital along with her husband, daughter and a station staff for further treatment.
Both husband and wife expressed heartfelt gratitude for the kind and timely help rendered by station staff of Traffic and RPF Departments of Metro Railway.
