METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER
Kolkata, Date: 06.08.2023
On 05.08.2023 at about 10.25 hrs., an on-duty RPF and station staff found a lady passenger aged 37 years feeling unwell on the platform of Esplanade Metro station. Seeing her condition, they rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s office and given first aid. In the meantime, station staff contacted her sister over the mobile number given by her and she was apprised of her condition.
After sometimes, her sister came to the Station Master’s Office and took custody of her. All belongings of the passenger were handed over to her sister.
She and her sister thanked Metro Railway Authorities for the kind co-operation and help.
