METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED LADY PASSENGER

on-duty Metro staff have come to the help of Metro passengers again! on 12.07.2023 at about 17:10 hrs i.e. during the pick hours, one lady commuter aged about 55 years came to Kalighat Metro station with her husband and son to avail the Metro service. Unfortunately she had a bad fall on the escalator and injured her hip and knee. Seeing her condition on-duty Metro staff immediately rushed to her help. They rescued her and administered the first-aid. After sometime, considering the situation she was brought to Gate No-1 in a stretcher and then sent to M.R. Bangur Hospital in a taxi.
She and her family members thanked Metro Railway authorities for their timely help.
