A referral video was also shown to them. In this session, they were requested to ensure proper, adequate and quality rest of the Motormen which is a must for them before joining the duty. Motormen, who need to join duty early in the morning were advised to go to sleep early and not to waste time on social media platforms unnecessarily. Their wives were requested to remain vigilant to ensure this.

All the family members who were present in this counselling session were requested to spend quality time together and give Metro Motormen comfortable space in order to rejuvenate themselves at home.

An interactive session was also conducted in this programme in which family members of the Motormen exchanged their views, ideas and experiences with the Metro officials.
