METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER
Kolkata, Date: 03.07.2023
On 02.07.2023 at about 16:45 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 71 years travelling from Dum Dum to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar suddenly felt unwell inside the train and deboarded at Esplanade station. Her daughter, who was accompanying her, sought help from the station staff and RPF.
They immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s office in a stretcher and given first aid. She was later sent to SSKM Medical College and Hospital with her daughter. Lady RPF and station staff also accompanied them to the hospital.
