REGULATED METRO SERVICES on 11.06.2023 (SUNDAY) IN BLUE LINE
NORMAL SERVICES on SATURDAYS RESUME FROM 10.06.2023

Metro Railway has undertaken a massive track maintenance and renewal work for ensuring safety of Metro movement. This maintenance work was taking place during the weekends in order to inconvenience the commuters least from 06.05.2023 in Blue Corridor. Now as this maintenance work is nearing completion so it has been decided to cancel service regulation on Saturdays and resume normal services on the entire stretch from Dakshineswar to Kavi Subhash from 10.06.2023. Such maintenance works have ensured smooth services and zero track failure in Metro Corridors. From now onwards, this track maintenance work in Blue Line will take place only on Sundays. on Saturdays, Metro services will start as usual at 06:50 hrs from Dumdum and Kavi Subhash and at 07:00 hrs from Dakshineswar.
Due to the regular track maintenance work, a mega power block will be taken in between Mahanayak Uttam Kumar to Kavi Subhash Metro stations on 11.06.2023 (Sunday). As a result, Metro services will resume at 10.00 hrs instead of 09.00 hrs on that day in Blue Line.
