LOST MOBILE RECOVERED FROM A METRO AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 26.05.2023 at about 14:05 hrs.,a lady passenger travelling from Phoolbagan deboarded at Salt Lake Stadium station. After deboarding, she realised that she had left her mobile phone inside the train. She contacted the Station Master of Salt Lake Stadium station. Station Master immediately conveyed a control message to all the stations. on duty RPF staff of Salt Lake Sector V station immediately swung into action and after rigorous search he found the said mobile phone and deposited it to the Station Master’s office. The Station Master of Salt Lake Sector V informed about this recovery to Station Master of Salt Lake Stadium.
At about 14:16 hrs, the lady commuter reached Salt Lake Sector V from Salt Lake Stadium station.After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the phone was handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for helping her to recover the lost phone.
