METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED AND INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER
On 09.03.2023 at about 17:38 hrs. at Mahatma Gandhi Road Metro station, a lady passenger aged about 56 years slipped on the stairs of the platform and sustained a minor injury. After observing her situation, on-duty RPF and station staff of this station rushed to her help and she was brought to the Station Master’s office for treatment. She was administered first-aid immediately. Her colleague was contacted over the phone number given by her to the Station staff. After sometimes, she felt well and wanted to go home.
In the meantime, her colleague came to the Station Master’s room and identified the injured passenger. He wanted to take her home. After complying with all sorts of official formalities, she was handed over to him.
Before leaving this station, She thanked Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help.
