METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 06.03.2023 at about 12:10 hrs., a commuter aged about 65 years travelling from Netaji station got down at Esplanade station and started feeling unwell. After seeing his condition, on-duty station and RPF staff rushed to his help and brought him to the Station Master’s office.
He was immediately administered first aid and after sometimes, he felt well and wanted to go home. His wife was contacted over the phone number he had given to the station staff and was apprised of her husband condition.
After sometimes i.e. 13:28 hrs, his wife and son came to the Station Master’s Office and intended to take her home as early as possible. After complying with all official formalities, the passenger was handed over to his wife. Before leaving the station, both of them expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the Metro authority’s heartiest co-operation.
