LOST MOBILE RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 09.01.2023 at about 19.00 hrs., an on-duty RPF staff at Central Metro Station found a mobile phone at the platform of the station. Finding no claimant of this phone and after proper security checking, he deposited it at the Station Master’s office.
Thereafter, Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the phone to collect it from the Station Master's Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
On the next day i.e. on 10.01.2023 at 08.20 hrs., a commuter came to the Station Master's Office and claimed the ownership of the phone. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the phone was handed over to him.
