METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 17.12.2022 at 16.40 hrs, a lady passenger at Baranagar station suddenly started to feel unwell. Seeing her condition, on-duty station and RPF staff rushed to her help. She was brought to the Station Master’s office on a wheelchair and administered the first-aid. After sometimes, she felt well. She wanted to go home and gave the station staff her uncle's phone number.
After sometimes i.e at about 17.25 hrs, her uncle came to the station after being informed over phone and intended to take her home. After complying with all official formalities, she was allowed to leave the station with her uncle.
Thereafter, both of them thanked Metro Railway authority for the kind co-operation and help before leaving the station.
