METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 07.12.2022 at about 16.30 hrs., a lady commuter aged about 50 years after travelling from Salt Lake Sector V Metro station got down at Sealdah Metro station and started feeling unwell. After seeing her condition, on-duty station and RPF staff rushed to her help and brought her to the Station Master’s office.
She was immediately administered first aid and after sometimes, she felt well and wanted to go home. Her daughter was contacted over the phone number she had given to the station staff and was apprised of her mother’s present condition.
After sometimes, her daughter came to the Station Master’s Office and intended to take her home as early as possible. After complying with all official formalities, the lady passenger was handed over to her daughter. Before leaving the station, both mother and daughter expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Metro Authority’s heartiest co-operation.
