METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 29.11.2022 at about 12.55 hrs., Control Room staff at Metro Rail Bhavan while monitoring the real-time CCTV footage saw a lady not feeling well at Belgachia Metro station. They immediately alerted Station Master of the Belgachia station. After receiving this alert from the Control Room, Station Master rushed to the spot and found an indisposed 47-year old lady. Her son and relative who were travelling with her sought help from him.
The Station Master with the station staff immediately attended her. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office on a stretcher and given oxygen as first aid. She was later sent to R.G. Kar Medical and Hospital at about 13.14 hrs, for further treatment, under the escort of Metro staff.
Her son and relative thanked Metro Railway Authority for the kind co-operation and help.
