LOST MOBILE RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO A COMMUTER

On 25.11.2022 at about 17:50 hrs., an on-duty RPF staff at Bengal Chemical Metro Station during a routine check found a mobile phone near the ticket counter. Finding no claimant of this phone and after proper security checking, he deposited it at the Station Master’s office.
Thereafter, Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the phone to collect it from the Station Master's Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations.
After some time i.e. at 17:55 hrs., a lady commuter came to the Station Master's Office and claimed the ownership of the phone. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the phone was handed over to her.
She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway Authority for helping her to recover her lost phone.
