METRO SHOWS A HUMANE FACE

Today i.e. on 16.11.2022 at about 13.32 hrs. at Dakshineswar Metro station, a passenger aged about 60 years to catch a Metro train at Dakshineswar station.But suddenly he felt unwell and sought help from the on-duty RPF and station staff.After seeing his condition, RPF and station staff rushed to him for help.
He was brought to the Station Master’s office and was administered first aid.His family member was contacted over phone number, given by him. As there was no improvement in his condition, he was sent to the nearby College of Medicine & Sagore Dutta Hospital under the escort of RPF and station staff at 13.40 hrs. for further medical treatment. In the meantime, his relatives came to the hospital.
His family member later contacted the Station Master’s office over phone about the release of the passenger, after the preliminary treatment done and they thanked Metro Railway Authority for the kind co-operation extended to him.
