GRIEVANCE CAMP ORGANIZED AT DUM DUM METRO STATION

Metro Railway is observing Vigilance Awareness Week with huge enthusiasm from 31st October to 6th November, 2022. This year’s theme of celebration is “Corruption Free India for a developed nation”. As part of this programme, a grievance camp was organized at Dum Dum Metro station to create awareness amongst commuters as well as staff against corrupt practices, under supervision of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer, Metro Railway today i.e. 04.11.2022.
In this camp, 14 grievance cases, submitted by the passengers and staff, were examined at length for early remedial action.
