METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 11.10.2022 at about 11:38 hrs a female passenger aged about 23 years felt unwell near the exit gate of Sealdah Metro station. Seeing her condition, on-duty RPF and station staff rushed to her help. She was brought to the Station Master’s office. She was administered first aid immediately. Her family members were immediately contacted over the phone number given by her and apprised of her condition. After some time, she felt well and wanted to go home.
Thereafter, i.e. at about 12:30 hrs, her father came to the Station Master’s office. After complying with all official formalities, She was allowed to leave the station along with her father at 12:40 hrs.
Before leaving the station, she thanked Metro Railway Authority for the timely co-operation and help.
