FOOTFALLS IN METRO CROSSED 7.5 LAKHS MARK

 

Kolkata, Date: 02.10.2022

 

          Footfalls in Metro crossed 7.5 lakhs mark. North-South Metro has carried 7,53,390 passengers o­n 01.10.2022 ( Shasthi). Total 288 services were run o­n that day to cater to the Metro users. Metro has earned Rs.1,28,97,330 by selling tokens, Smart Cards and recharging Smart Cards o­n that day.

 

On 01.10.2022, maximum footfalls 87,264 were recorded at Dumdum, Kalighat recorded 60,988, Esplanade recorded 45,301 footfalls, followed by and Rabindra Sadan 37,014 footfalls.

 

         

          East-West Metro carried 36,275 passengers o­n 01.10.2022.
