METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 30.09.2022 at 17.10 hrs, a passenger at Rabindra Sarobar Metro Station suddenly felt unwell. He immediately sought help from the on-duty station and RPF staff. After seeing his condition, they rushed to him and brought him to the Station Master's office in a stretcher. He was immediately administered first aid and after sometimes, felt well. He wanted to go home and disclosed his identity and gave the station staff his wife's phone number. At 18.00 hrs., his wife came to the station after being informed of his condition by the station staff over the phone and intended to take him home. After complying with all official formalities, the passenger concerned was allowed to leave the station with his wife.
Thereafter, both of them thanked Metro Railway Authority for their kind co-operation before leaving the station.
