SWACHHTA PAKHWADA AT BELGACHIA QUARTER COMPLEX,
RPF POST AND BARRACK

Metro Railway has been observing ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ from 16th to 30th September, 2022. During the Pakhwada, intensive cleaning and sanitization drives at stations, trains, colonies, hospital and other railway establishments are being carried out with special focus on plastic waste management.
A special cleanliness drive was conducted today i.e. on 20.09.2022 at Belgachia RPF Post and Barrack. As a part of this programme, massive cleanliness drive was undertaken at these places. Banners and posters have been put on display.
Another Swachhta drive was also conducted today at Belgachia Quarter Complex. During this drive, Children’s Park and Housing Complexes have been cleaned and garbage along with old and unused items were removed with proper sanitization. Staff of the Engineering Department actively participated in this programme.
