FOOTFALLS IN METRO CROSS 6 LAKHS MARK


Kolkata, Date: 20.09.2022


          Footfalls in Metro have crossed 6 lakhs mark. North-South  Metro has carried 6,20,832 passengers  o­n 19.09.2022 . Total 288 services were run o­n that day to cater to the Metro users.

On 19.09.2022   maximum footfalls 78,197 were recorded at Dumdum. Esplanade recorded 50,330 footfalls, followed by Rabindra Sadan 42,257 footfalls.

          Last time o­n 06.03.2020 Metro carried more than 6 lakhs passengers. o­n that day 6,13,542 passengers travelled in North-South Metro.

          East-West Metro carried 40,299 passengers o­n 19.09.2022.
