QUICK RESPONSE TEAM OF METRO RESCUES A MINOR BOY AND HANDS OVER TO HIS PARENTS

On 10.10.2021 at about 17.15 hrs., after finding a minor boy aged about 06 years crying profusely at Baranagar Metro station, the on-duty Quick Response Team(QRT) rushed to the spot and rescued and brought him to the Station Master’s Room of Baranagar Station.
His father’s mobile phone number was collected from him and he was requested to come to Baranagar Station Master’s Room.
At 17.45 hrs., one person along with his wife came to the Station Master’s Office of Baranagar. They told that their son suddenly had got down at Baranagar while they were travelling to Dakshineswar from Belgachia.
However, after proper verification and complying with all official and legal formalities, the rescued boy was handed over to his parents.
The parents of the boy expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Metro RPF and staff to help them to get back their son.
