SWACHHTA PAKHWARA OBSERVED IN METRO RAILWAY

Metro Railway has been observing Swachhta Pakhwara from 16.09.2021. As a part of this observation, massive cleanliness drive has been undertaken at different Metro stations and offices. Station premises are being cleaned by the Metro staff and they are also requesting passengers to help to maintain high standard of cleanliness at the Metro premises.
The objective of this initiative is to spread the message of Swachhta among the Metro passengers. Intensive cleanliness drive was undertaken at Daskshineswar, Baranagar, Noapara, Shyambazar, Belgachia, Girish Park, Central, Park Street, Rabindra Sadan, Netaji Bhavan, Jatin Das Park, Kalighat, Rabindra Sarobar, Masterda Surya Sen & Gitanjali Metro Stations today.
Passengers have been requested to use cloth bags and refrain from using single use plastic during this drive.
