A WORKSHOP on SAFETY IN TRAIN OPERATIONS HELD AT
METRO RAIL BHAVAN

A workshop on safety in train operations was organised today i.e. on 28.08.2021 at Metro Rail Bhavan.
Shri K.K. Patra, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer in his welcome speech advised all to strictly maintain all safety rules in order to make train operation safer. He instructed Motormen and Chief Loco Inspectors to strictly adhere to the laid down protocols and rules of the train operations to ensure the safety of passengers.
Shri Rajesh Kumar, Principal Chief Safety Officer in his speech highlighted the guiding principles to avert any train accident.
Shri Sumanta Dutta, Chief Electrical Engineer /Rolling Stock in his speech pointed out the importance of alertness of all staff associated with train operations to stop any train accident or any unwanted incident.
A presentation on safety and disaster management was also made in this workshop.
A question-answer session was also conducted on safety and disaster management in this workshop.
