ON-DUTY RPF STAFF RECOVERS A MOBILE PHONE AND HANDS OVER TO ITS OWNER

On 07.08.2021 at about 08.40 hrs, an on-duty RPF staff while performing duty at Rabindra Sadan Metro station found one mobile phone lying unclaimed on the sitting chair of the platform. He deposited it to the Station Superintendent’s Office of Rabindra Sadan Metro station. Announcements were made about this recovery through the Public Address System and owner was requested to contact the Station Superintendent’s office of Rabindra Sadan station.
After some time, at about 08.55 hrs, one person came to the Station Superintendent’s office of Rabindra Sadan and claimed the ownership of the above mobile phone.
After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the mobile phone was handed over to him in the presence of Metro officials and RPF staff.
The passenger expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Metro officials and RPF staff.
