METRO RPF RECOVERS A MOBILE PHONE AND HANDS OVER TO ITS OWNER

At around 11.40 hrs on 28.07.2021, an on-duty lady constable found an unclaimed mobile phone from the passengers’ seat at the South-side of Kalighat Metro station. She brought this Mobile phone to the Station Superintendent’s Office at Kalighat and informed her duty officer.
After sometimes, one passenger came to the office of Station Superintendent of Kalighat Metro station and told the on-duty officials that he had boarded a Metro, leaving his Mobile phone behind at Kalighat Metro Station. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the mobile phone was handed over to him.
The passenger expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Metro officials and RPF staff.
