EXTENSION OF VALIDITY OF SMART CARDS
Kolkata, Date: 15.07.2021
For the convenience of Metro commuters, Metro Smart Cards whose validity have expired on or after 15.05.2021 to 15.07.2021 will be treated as valid till 16.08.2021.
Commuters need to contact on-duty Booking Officials at any station to validate their smart cards.Passengers are required to recharge their revalidated cards on or before 16.08.2021 to get benefit for travel for one year along with balance amount left behind to be carried forward.
Balance amount of the Smart Cards whose validity have already expired before 15.05.2021 and will expire after 15.07.2021 will be forfeited.
It is to be noted that 192(UP & DN) Metro services will run from 16.07.2021 from Monday to Friday.Out of these, 133 services will run between Kavi Subhash and Dakshineswar Metro Stations.

Services will be available 7/8 minutes interval from 9.10 hrs to 18.50 hrs in the UP direction.
Services will be available 7/9 minutes interval in the DN direction from 09.50 hrs to 20.00 hrs.
