The Railway network reducing the journey time from Esplanade to Airport considerably through Sealdah Suburban network & Metro Railway interchangeability points.

The newly commissioned Metro sections with seamless integration to Eastern Railway suburban section will invariably a Puja Gift bonanza to the people of West Bengal as Pandal hopping will no longer require tiresome & prolonged road transport journey with comfortable Railway route available to them.
