SWACHHTA ABHIYAAN STARTED IN METRO RAILWAY

Metro Railway is conducting Swachhta Abhiyaan from 01st August 2025. During this Abhiyaan, intensive cleaning and sanitization drives at stations, trainsand other railway establishments are being carried out.
As a part of this programme, ‘Swachhta Pledge’ was taken at different stations of Metro Railway today i.e. on 02.08.2025 . Senior officers and staff took the pledge. Officers and staff of Metro Railway have vowed to make the environment clean and devote time every week to voluntary work for cleanliness.
Special awareness messages requesting commuters to make the environment clean are also being played at stations. Metro officers and staff are also requesting passengers to co-operate in this abhiyaan.
