METRO STAFF HELP AN INJURED LADY PASSENGER

On 16.07.2025 at about 19:00 hrs, a lady passenger aged about 60 years had a bad fall at Dum Dum Metro station. Seeing her condition, on-duty station staff and RPF personnel rushed to her help. She was brought to the Station Master’s office immediately. She was administered the first-aid.
She was later admitted to R G Kar Medical College and Hospital for further treatment under the custody of Station staff and RPF personnel.
Her son was contacted over telephone and he came to the hospital and took the custody of her.
She and her son expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help before leaving the station.
