METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED PASSENGER

On 15.07.2025 at about 15:40 hrs., on-duty RPF and station staff found a young passenger aged around 17 years who was feeling unwell at Rabindra Sadan Metro station. Seeing his condition, they rushed to his help and attended him. He was later admitted to SSKM Hospital, under the escort of RPF and station staff. In the meantime, station staff contacted his family member over the mobile number given by him and he was apprised of his condition.
After sometimes, his family member came to the hospital and took custody of him. All the belongings of the passenger were handed over to them.
He and his family member thanked Metro Railway Authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help.
