METRO STAFF RESCUE AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 07.07.2025, a female passenger aged about 59 years had a bad fall and sustained injury at Dum Dum Metro station.
Seeing her condition, RPF and station staff immediately rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and administered the first-aid. After sometimes, the lady passenger felt better and left the station with her husband who was travelling with her.
She and her husband expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway authorities for the kind co-operation and timely help before leaving the station.
