METRO STAFF HELP AN INDISPOSED LADY PASSENGER

On 04.07.2025 at about 17:15 hrs., on-duty RPF and station staff found a lady passenger aged around 47 years feeling unwell at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station. Seeing her condition, they rushed to her help. Considering the seriousness of the situation, she was brought to the Station Master’s Office and given first aid.
After receiving the first aid, she started feeling well and wanted to go home. She was sent home with the Station Staff.
Before leaving the station, she thanked the Metro Railway Authorities for the timely help.
