LOST WALLET RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO COMMUTER

On 25.06.2025 at Park Street station, an on-duty RPF staff during a routine check found a wallet near the washroom area. Finding no claimant of this wallet, he deposited it to the Station Master’s Office after careful checking.
Thereafter, the Station Master made repeated announcements requesting the owner of the wallet to collect it from the Station Master’s Office and a control message was also communicated to all the stations. After opening the wallet, some valuable items were found therein.
After sometimes, a commuter came to the Station Master’s office and claimed the ownership of the wallet. After proper verification and complying with all official formalities, the recovered wallet was handed over to him.
He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Metro Railway Authorities for helping him to recover the lost wallet.
